Overview

Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add qualified Level 2 Automotive Service Advisor to our team at Sterling McCall Acura!

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of Service Advisor experience, with proven ability to independently manage the full write-up-to-delivery lifecycle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
