In the role of Executive Director of Experiential Marketing, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty through immersive experiences. Your creative storytelling, profound understanding of consumer behavior, and extensive experience in event design within a large enterprise will drive impactful, high-quality events and integrated marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Senior Event Planners (VP level), providing strategic direction to ensure successful experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Private Label Captive Finance Marketing Strategist to align and deliver partner goals, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Develop and implement experiential marketing strategies that align with Chase Auto's brand objectives as well as customer acquisition and loyalty goals.
  • Plan and execute events and activations that create memorable customer and prospect experiences with high-quality delivery and impactful engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance experiential marketing efforts.
  • Oversee budget management to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities and optimal resource allocation.
  • Integrate diverse functions—creative, content development, event logistics, and execution—into a seamless, integrated program while adhering to key policies and procedures.
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments, delivering quality work with minimal oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event design, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities for immersive customer engagement.
  • Excellent project management abilities with proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive alignment across business units.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement in experiential marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • BS/BA degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA.
  • Event expertise in the auto industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing experiential marketing strategies within a large enterprise.

  • Compensation: Base Pay/Salary in New York, NY ranging from $171,000.00 to $260,000.00 per year.
