Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of compelling brand identities. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual narrative of our products and services across all platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital design. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design innovative brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Develop high-quality graphic assets for a wide range of applications, including websites, social media, digital advertising, print collateral, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual presence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audiences, and key messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring creative environment.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to inform creative strategies.
- Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively articulating rationale and design decisions.
- Optimize designs for various digital platforms and print production processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language and creative standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years: of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on brand identity development.
- A robust portfolio: demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency: in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Experience: with digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
- Excellent communication: communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability: to manage feedback effectively and iterate on designs.
- Strong understanding: of print and digital production processes.
- Demonstrated ability: to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Creative thinker: with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
