Position Overview

Spotlight Media is expanding its digital advertising services into the Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ area and is seeking a Digital Advertising Expert with 5+ years of experience. This full‐time role supports a growing regional presence – with a focus on managing multiple client accounts, leveraging advanced tools, and driving measurable results. Based in Scottsdale/Phoenix (Remote – Arizona‐based candidates preferred), you’ll join a vibrant team building on strong foundations from Fargo, ND. Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000+ (Based on Experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Run Winning Campaigns – Lead development and execution of digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, and programmatic channels.
  • Drive Results – Focus on ROI, customer journey mapping, conversion tracking, and analytics-driven decision making.
  • Support Multiple Accounts – Manage a diverse portfolio of local businesses throughout Arizona.
  • Collaborate with Leadership – Work directly with the Head of Digital and key leadership to align strategies.
  • Test & Innovate – Implement new advertising systems and technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Report & Advise – Deliver clear reporting with actionable recommendations to clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven experience in digital advertising with a track record of measurable results.
  • Strong technical proficiency with platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, The Trade Desk, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on ROI, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to manage client accounts and collaborate with internal teams.
