Position Overview

We are seeking sales‐minded professionals to join our expansion as aTechnical Recruiterbased in Carmel, IN with a hybrid schedule. This role offersBase + Commission + Bonusto reward high performance and achievement.

Required Qualifications

• Able to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days a weekIN OFFICE)
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field required
• Experience in cold calling and engaging candidates on job opportunities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Excellent relationship building capabilities
