Position Overview

We’re hiring a Senior IT Security & Infrastructure Manager to lead and grow a high-performing IT security and infrastructure team. You will oversee cloud infrastructure, enforce security frameworks, and drive innovation in DevSecOps and cloud resilience. This strategic leadership role has a direct impact on global platform scalability and security.

Location: ONSITE ROLE 5 days a week

Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage and mentor IT security engineers, system admins, and DevOps professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Provide performance feedback, career development plans, and technical guidance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex infrastructure and security challenges.

Cloud Security & Infrastructure

• Oversee AWS and Azure environments for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement IAM policies, WAFs, IDS/IPS, and encryption strategies.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Enforce frameworks: NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, Zero Trust.
• Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
• Manage SIEM, EDR, and cloud-native security tools (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender).
• Ensure secure integration of AI into cloud security practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, CISM, CEH.
• 5+ years in cloud security and IT infrastructure.
• 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Azure (IAM, networking, automation).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Passion for AI-driven security solutions.
