Position Overview
Based at our corporate headquarters in South Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd), we are seeking a high-energy Recruiter to fill high volume driver and production roles for our field factory locations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who partners with hiring managers across multiple states, demonstrates exceptional candidate generation, and delivers outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective candidate generation, including recruiting passive candidates with the ability to assess culture fit and motivation.
- Follow and maintain a recruiting plan with defined deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Participate in special recruiting initiatives, including virtual career fairs and placement of exceptional talent for factory leadership.
- Build dynamic relationships with hiring managers and HR, ensuring smooth recruitment processes across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Recruiting experience (agency or corporate) for trucking, trades, construction, factory, or manufacturing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organization, and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various social media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Facebook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with direct placement hiring and on-the-spot job offers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, and MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability in candidate screening and assessing cultural fit.
