Job Description

Position Overview

To be eligible for consideration of this role, your primary residence must be located within a 90 mile radius from the approved branch sites (LA Century City, Pasadena, Burbank, South Bay/Torrance, Santa Monica, Seal Beach, Brea, Rancho Cucamonga, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks). As a Client Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, team oriented environment focused on enhancing relationships with high net worth clients (assets between $250,000 and $1 million) who have complex service and investment needs. You will drive customer loyalty and identify business development opportunities while upholding Fidelity’s core values of putting the customer first, respect, integrity, honesty, innovation, improvement, and competitiveness.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $76,000 per year. Placement will vary based on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package which may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via inbound calls, providing product and service level guidance, processing transactions (including options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades) and handling specialized monetary requests.
  • Deliver efficient and responsive resolution for various client situations by owning the case, researching the issue, and clearly communicating the solution.
  • Uncover opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client's financial success, partnering with the Financial Consultant for further discussion.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests.
  • Conduct pro-active outbound calls to communicate resolutions or secure additional information to close out requests.

Required Qualifications

  • Series 7 required (FINRA)
  • Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days (FINRA)
  • 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
