Job Description

Position Overview

This is a new vacancy for Head of Google Marketing Platforms and Commercials for Americas Large Customer Sales Product Go-to-Market. In this role, you will drive go-to-market strategy, shape priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launch the next generation of Ads products. You will work closely with Global Product Solutions and Sales, coaching your team to develop strategic initiatives that drive adoption and impact business outcomes.

Location Details: For US applicants, the role may be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. Applicants from Los Angeles and San Francisco will be considered in accordance with local Fair Chance Ordinances. For Toronto and Sao Paulo applicants, please note specific language and application instructions. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate goals and strategy into defined projects.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and allocate team capacity to improve operating structure and resource allocation or enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional projects ensuring structured and timely delivery of project goals.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators, set timelines for each project, and conduct regular metrics reporting along with post-implementation impact analysis.
  • Develop best practices, templates, and tools specific to each domain for future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, agency, or project management functions.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with the ability to influence stakeholders and excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Understanding of commercial incentive programs.
  • Passion for building and leading teams.

Benefits & Perks

  • US Compensation: Base salary range of $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. (Details reflect base salary only; bonus, equity and benefits are additional.)
  • Canada Compensation: Base salary range of CAD 232,000-238,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. (Details reflect base salary only; bonus, equity and benefits are additional.)
