As aCustomer Service Representative for AT&T, you’ll be the friendly voice assisting our valued First Responder customers with their inquiries and concerns. In this role, you'll provide top-notch service by handling incoming calls, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tackle incoming calls to assist customers with their needs
  • Resolve inquiries and provide solutions with a positive attitude
  • Help customers understand our products and services
  • Document customer interactions accurately to ensure a great experience

Required Qualifications

  • A friendly disposition and genuine desire to help others
  • Strong communication skills that inspire confidence
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications
  • Experience in customer service is a plus (training provided for the right person)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable and a team player who enjoys working with others
