Position Overview
Bankers Life® is searching for future agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. Jumpstart your new insurance agent career and earn up to an additional $5,000 in bonuses on top of commissions during your first four months. You’ll begin your journey training in our office with the ability to transition to a hybrid remote work environment when you’re ready, leveraging award-winning training to build a successful career in life and health insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
- Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
- Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base
Compensation & Incentives
- Commission and Bonus: This is a commission and bonus position where typical first-year entry level agents average $40,000 - $65,000.
- Production-based Incentives: New agents can achieve incentives of up to $12,000 in their first year.
- Signing Bonus: Earn up to an extra $5,000 bonus in your first four months.
- Earnings Potential: Experienced sales agents with two or more years can earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses.
