 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Own day-to-day performance management, including call volume and onboarding speed</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Act as a liaison between the Vendor Onboarding team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and process flow</li>

 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Fluent in English, both spoken and written</li>
