Job Description
A company is looking for a Vendor Onboarding Manager to lead and develop a high volume outbound vendor onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vendor Onboarding Specialists in an outbound calling environment
- Own day-to-day performance management, including call volume and onboarding speed
- Act as a liaison between the Vendor Onboarding team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and process flow
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing teams in phone-based, performance-driven environments
- Strong people-management and coaching skills
- Experience leading outbound, persuasion-based work
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
