Position Overview
Willow Bend Systems is dedicated to empowering local Texas businesses by delivering premium IT services. With an 18‐employee team offering strategic planning, remote and onsite support as well as hardware and software procurement, the company is focused on reducing complexity, enhancing security, and improving workflow for its clients. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role is a pure hunter position focused on proactively generating new customer engagements through cold calling and relationship building. Compensation: Base pay plus commission – determined by experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make at least 80 calls to the target market per day.
- Speak with as many decision makers as possible and deliver "Our Message" to every qualified prospect.
- Schedule at least 3 qualified appointments per week (face-to-face preferred or via Zoom; phone call appointments are not accepted).
- Build and maintain a "Warm 1300" prospect database.
- Track activities in HubSpot and report progress against daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
- Plan and organize daily activities including outbound calling and appointment setting while complying with company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

- Exhibits "Executive Presence" with high energy and a strong hunter mentality.
- Demonstrates excellent prospecting abilities and can quickly build strong business relationships.
- Possesses top-notch telephony skills, effective communication, active listening, and customer-care skills.
- Able to multi-task, adapt quickly to change, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Shows strong computer proficiency and quick, accurate typing skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player who maintains a positive, professional attitude.
