Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Philadelphia International Airport

Position Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer at Philadelphia International Airport (1 Arrivals Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153). In this role, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices by washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles to meet our high cleanliness and safety standards. This position offers a base pay of up to$18.00 / hour(or$15.75 / hourwith the potential to earn up to$400in performance bonuses per month). We have multiple schedules available!

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Inspect vehicles by checking fuel levels, warning lights, windshield condition, and verifying registration details; reset vehicle settings and manage customer property (Lost & Found) as necessary.
• Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; add fluids as needed and inspect for exterior damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles for rental.
• Identify and report any safety concerns, warning lights, or vehicle damages and remove vehicles from prep processing when required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and promptly report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate equipment such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers as needed, including providing transportation to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning branch interiors, exteriors, and common areas (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, etc.).
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, ongoing training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Philadelphia International Airport.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
