Warehouse General Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities: Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems for efficient tracking of inventory.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices.
