We’re hiring an Entry Level Event Assistant to join our growing Orlando-based team. In this sales-focused, face-to-face role, you’ll represent well-known nonprofit organizations and help drive support through live, in-person interactions.

This is an on-site, entry-level opportunity that combines sales, customer engagement, and purpose-driven marketing. Ideal for individuals seeking a career that exceeds the expectations of a typical retail or call center role.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and staff event-style booths at retail locations, community events, and public venues.
• Engage face-to-face with potential donors, explain nonprofit missions, and close contribution.
• Represent leading nonprofit causes at community events and activation sites.
• Interact directly with the public, sparking conversations, building rapport, and driving donor sign-ups.
• Share compelling campaign messages in a way that’s informative, inspiring, and action-driven.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly outreach goals.
• Maintain a professional, positive image while promoting important causes.
