Position Overview

Elevana Partners is expanding its Verizon client services team and is hiring a Verizon Client Representative to support client communication, customer accounts, and sales-driven service solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and customers, building relationships, and representing a trusted Verizon brand with confidence. It is a client-facing, performance-focused opportunity with structure, coaching, and room to grow.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year | Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients and customers to explain Verizon services and solutions.
  • Support client account setup, updates, and service coordination.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to match customers with the right Verizon options.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while supporting sales and account goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, customer details, and account activity.
  • Build strong relationships that support client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily client, customer, and sales objectives.
  • Represent Elevana Partners and Verizon professionally in all client-facing interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in customer service, client services, sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with customers.
  • Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client and customer interactions.
  • Reliable, organized, and motivated to grow professionally.
