Your Daily Mission:
Master the art of the production lifecycle from initial programming to the finesse of final output. With MasterCAM as your instrument, you are the virtuoso of 3-axis milling operations, transforming design into reality with unparalleled accuracy.
Your Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Overtime as determined

Your Duties:
- Execute setups and operations on mills, lathes, etc.
- Program elements utilizing MasterCAM directly
- Perform initial article inspections
- Efficiently resolve machine & programming challenges
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience with 3-axis mills (advantageous if familiar with 5-axis or live tooling)
- Proficiency in MasterCAM programming
- Acquainted with measurement tools (such as calipers, indicators)
- Capable of reading and interpreting schematics
- Motivated for personal and professional enrichment!
Competencies:
- GD&T
- CNC Programming
- G-Code and M-Code literacy
- Proficient in production machine setups
- Blueprint analysis
Technology in Use:
- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
- CAM Software: Mastercam
Salary: USD 72000 - 84000 per year
Experience: 3 years required
