Your Daily Mission:

Master the art of the production lifecycle from initial programming to the finesse of final output. With MasterCAM as your instrument, you are the virtuoso of 3-axis milling operations, transforming design into reality with unparalleled accuracy.

Your Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Overtime as determined

Your Duties:

• Execute setups and operations on mills, lathes, etc.
• Program elements utilizing MasterCAM directly
• Perform initial article inspections
• Efficiently resolve machine & programming challenges

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated experience with 3-axis mills (advantageous if familiar with 5-axis or live tooling)
• Proficiency in MasterCAM programming
• Acquainted with measurement tools (such as calipers, indicators)
• Capable of reading and interpreting schematics
• Motivated for personal and professional enrichment!

Competencies:

• GD&T
• CNC Programming
• G-Code and M-Code literacy
• Proficient in production machine setups
• Blueprint analysis

Technology in Use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CAM Software: Mastercam

Salary: USD 72000 - 84000 per year

Experience: 3 years required
