Audit Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to lead our audit team and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auditing, particularly with single audits, and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff
• Prepare and review audit reports and findings
• Communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns
• Evaluate internal controls and risk management processes
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• CPA certification required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing and accounting
• Experience with single audits and public accounting
• Strong knowledge of FASB and GASB standards
• Familiarity with Yellow Book standards
• Experience working with non-profit and not-for-profit organizations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
