In the role of HR Financial Analyst, you will be the central coordinator and strategic lead for the Human Resources budget and contract lifecycle. Your responsibilities include managing the process from business case development to contract finalization and budget tracking, ensuring financial accuracy with invoices and purchase order management, and providing high-level analysis to HR leadership regarding spend and ROI. Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview, and note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Guide HR Managers through the business case lifecycle by identifying problems, determining solutions, and preparing narrative presentations for HR leaders.
  • Responsibilities: Review proposed spend against established budgets with COEs and Uplines, ensuring proper tracking via governance dashboards and Smartsheet tools.
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Legal to manage the RFP process, pre-negotiate vendor terms, and finalize contract language.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee purchase order management including submission accuracy and daily approval audits.
  • Responsibilities: Facilitate the end-to-end invoice batching process between HR Ops, AP, and Finance, and prepare detailed reports on GL allocations and budget vs. spend analysis.
  • Responsibilities: Conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate project deadlines and analyze contracts to ensure achievement of expected ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, HR operations, budget management, or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; high-level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw valid conclusions from data.
  • Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting complex ideas to leadership, including C-suite executives.
  • Qualifications: Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion, Smartsheets).
