Experience Restoration Tech

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Experience Restoration Technician to join our team in Location: Las Vegas, NV. This is a Schedule: day shift, Monday–Friday position with variable hours, offering temp-to-hire potential and a pay rate of Compensation: $16–$18/hour based on experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration, and can work independently while maintaining professional communication with homeowners and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess property damage and communicate restoration plans with homeowners or business owners
• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration activities
• Remove and replace building materials (drywall, baseboards, cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc.)
• Monitor jobs daily, take moisture readings, photos, and upload documentation into the job system
• Set up drying equipment and containment areas to ensure proper restoration

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration (proof required)
• Experience using restoration equipment (moisture meters, dehumidifiers, air movers, thermal imaging, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to use a computer, tablet, or smartphone for documentation
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as IICRC (WRT, AMRT), OSHA 10 Construction Safety, and experience with Xactimate are highly preferred
