Lead Data Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Pay Range: $60.20hr - $66.20hr

• The primary purpose of this role is to analyze and interpret data as a thought leader to drive informed decision making and support business strategy.
• The Lead Data Analyst will explore complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and deliver data driven solutions that enhance organizational performance.
• This role requires advanced analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.

Experience:

• Progressive experience in analytical or quantitative roles.
• Experience in the healthcare industry including Appeals and Grievances is preferred.
• Hands on experience with Big Data and NoSQL platforms delivering production projects at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in data exploration using various programming languages, requiring advanced knowledge of multiple database structures.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and develop business appropriate recommendations.
• Serve as an expert resource for stakeholder data questions and drive issues to resolution.
• Research and analyze data flow across complex operational and analytical data ecosystems.
• Manage the collection of business and technical requirements to deliver data driven solutions and produce technical documentation aligned with professional standards.
• Lead the design, development, validation, and delivery of data solutions to support business decisions.
• Mentor team members and provide analytical leadership.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
