Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist with exceptional graphic design and content creation skills.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands current trends, and can transform ideas into visually compelling content that drives engagement and sales.

You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, designing original graphics and videos, managing daily posts, and helping strengthen the Coolioh Candy brand across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Create original graphics, videos, animations, and marketing content
• Design eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and advertisements
• Manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube and other platforms
• Photograph and film products, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional material
• Monitor social media analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance
• Stay current with social media trends, viral content, and emerging marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership on product launches, promotions, and trade show marketing
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels
• Assist with email marketing and website content when needed

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong graphic design skills (this is a must)
• Ability to create original content from concept to final design
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands
• Excellent photography and video editing abilities
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects

• Canva

• Meta Business Suite

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued
