Position Overview
Job Opportunity at Hilton Grand Vacations. In this role, you will promote and sell mini‐vacation packages across various resort locations following company telemarketing guidelines. You will share accurate and engaging information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, partner accommodations, current promotions, and premium offers while providing every guest with respectful, courteous, and professional service.

Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Required: At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience. Tele-sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in establishing rapport and conveying value.
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency.
- A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for encouraging others toward making vacation ownership a reality.
Preferred Qualifications
- A timeshare background is a plus.
- Prior experience in an Inbound or Outbound Sales Call Center environment.

- Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission opportunities (Top performers can earn $85,000+ annually).
- Schedule: Comprehensive paid training over 30 days (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM); Flexible full-time shifts with Morning (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and Midday (10:30 AM - 6:00 PM) options; Saturdays may be required based on business needs; Sundays are off.
