As aCredit Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their credit. This full-time role works the second shift: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST.Starting pay rate: $18.30 per hour(commensurate with experience). The position is fully remote, with training (typically 4–6 weeks) also conducted remotely, and a laptop with work equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Fulfill client verification requests with third-party creditors via phone, email, or fax.
- Assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely, professional solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Xactus’ products, services, and policies to ensure consistent communication.
- Liaise with internal departments to handle customer requests and queries effectively.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and data privacy regulations for secure handling of information.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents as required.
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer service experience.
