You will architect intelligent systems and innovative workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect intelligent systems and workflows involving agentic behavior and LLM decision-making
  • Drive design sessions for agent loop architectures, tool orchestration, and task planning
  • Lead technical efforts on AI reliability, bias mitigation, and drift detection
  • Collaborate with product and design leaders to define outcomes and performance metrics
  • Act as a system designer and workflow architect rather than just a code implementer
  • Evaluate agent behavior using AI principles such as fairness, reliability, explainability, and safety
  • Optimize performance of agentic systems with caching, throttling, and fallback strategies
  • Mentor engineers on LLM prompting, agent decomposition, and tool design best practices
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI-powered systems from architecture to optimization
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers and AI engineers
  • Shape and execute the AI platform roadmap focusing on inference engines, document intelligence, and conversational agents
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, Security, and Compliance to translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Drive hands-on implementation of microservices, APIs, and real-time AI features while fostering best practices
  • Monitor system health and optimize production systems for reliability, latency, and security
  • Research and pilot new AI technologies, frameworks, and methods to enhance capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience with enterprise-grade AI/ML systems
  • Deep understanding of event-driven design, API orchestration, prompt engineering, tool orchestration, and system modularity
  • Strong skills in prompt engineering, memory and context handling, and agent loop optimization
  • Extensive experience with AI/ML tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Hugging Face Transformers, FastAPI, LangChain, vector databases, and agent loop architectures
  • Familiarity with microservices, container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and API architectures
  • Ability to integrate LLMs and ML models into critical systems securely and at scale
  • Proficiency in Python (with ML frameworks) and Java/TypeScript for microservices
  • Experience leading teams in applying LLMs and autonomous agents to real-world problems
