Key Responsibilities

• HVAC: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in commercial buildings to ensure optimal comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency.
• Electrician / Electrical: Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and controls.
• General Maintenance Technician: Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on building systems such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Operating Engineer: Operate and maintain various mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and manage building automation systems.
• Mobile Maintenance: Deliver on-site maintenance services by conducting equipment repairs and addressing facility issues across multiple locations.

• 1st class engineer (gold seal)
• 2nd class engineer (red seal)
• 3rd class engineer (blue seal)
• Low pressure operator (black seal)
• High pressure operator (black seal)
• 1st class power engineer
• 2nd class power engineer
• 3rd class power engineer
• 4th class power engineer
• 5th class power engineer
• Boiler operator’s license (CoH boiler operators license)
