Position Overview

At Formlabs, we build the tools that enable innovation in 3D printing for industry leaders such as Apple, Google, Tesla, and NASA. As a Sales Representative on-site in Milwaukee, you will be a key part of our go-to‐market team—consulting on cutting‐edge additive manufacturing technology, developing tailored solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer demand to effectively consult and sell cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology using a solution-oriented approach.
  • Identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries via phone and email.
  • Ensure an amazing customer experience while assessing potential for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate regular touch points with customers to align their needs with sales growth.
  • Represent Formlabs at trade shows and on-site customer events.
  • Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver results.
  • Become a knowledgeable champion of Formlabs technology through hands-on training and product experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
  • 0-5 years of full-time work experience.
  • Naturally curious and passionate about technology.
  • A relationship builder who is customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video, and email.
  • Capacity to handle rejection, learn, and adapt.

Compensation

Compensation: Full-time employees receive equity in the form of RSUs, making you a direct beneficiary of our success. This role offers an On-Target Earnings package that combines a base salary with an uncapped, performance-based monthly bonus. The base/bonus split is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and the impact you can make. As a salaried employee working 40 hours per week, you are also eligible for overtime pay at time and a half for additional approved hours.

The annual pay range for this role is $92,000—$103,000 USD.
