Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of medical imaging systems using advanced computer vision and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including healthcare professionals, data scientists, and engineers to ensure AI solutions meet clinical needs and regulatory standards.
• Enhance diagnostic tools by building predictive models that identify diseases or abnormalities in medical images.
• Continuously monitor, test, and refine machine learning models using new datasets and clinical feedback.
• Oversee data collection and processing pipelines ensuring adherence to high-quality and ethical data management practices.
• Ensure all AI and medical imaging solutions comply with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and FDA standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision with hands-on experience in model development and optimization.
• Proven expertise in medical imaging including image processing, segmentation, and feature extraction using modalities like MRI, CT, and X-rays.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch and familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and ethical data handling practices, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
