Salary: $5,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
Location: In person
Schedule: Seasonal

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage homeowners through direct, face-to-face conversations
• Educate customers on pest control solutions
• Build rapport and manage your own daily schedule
• Work independently while receiving consistent coaching and support
• Learn high-level communication, discipline, and sales fundamentals

Required Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience required
• Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others
• Eagerness to learn sales techniques and customer service best practices
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively environment
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work 8-10 hours/day

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (Preferred)
