Position Overview
Epic Pain Management, a progressive, patient-focused spine and pain clinic serving communities across Texas, is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to help strengthen its brand presence, deepen community partnerships, and grow patient referrals through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will engage in community outreach, develop referral relationships, and execute marketing strategies while representing the organization throughout the San Antonio medical community. This position is Full-Time with frequent local travel to physician offices, clinics, and community events. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. Work Location: In person in San Antonio, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local marketing and referral growth strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations to increase patient referrals.
- Represent Epic Pain Management at meetings, community events, and industry functions.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and promotional items to physician offices and business partners.
- Track outreach activity and referral engagement using the company CRM system; report progress and insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and new location launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and community opportunities to inform local marketing plans.
- Provide outstanding customer service and serve as the point of contact for referral partners and key accounts.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely expense reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or referral relations.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred.
