Position Overview

Spring Venture Group, a leading digital direct-to-consumer sales and marketing company focused on the senior market, is seeking a dedicated B2B Marketing Manager to support SmartConnect. In this role you will define, execute, and own the comprehensive marketing strategy—including architecting end-to-end partner journeys and driving lead generation through digital channels. This hybrid position requires you to currently reside in the Kansas City area. Join our diverse and inclusive team and help shape a proactive, automated approach to partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and map the end-to-end B2B2C communication journey from prospecting and lead nurturing to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • Conduct market research, focus groups, and competitor analysis to inform messaging strategy.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Engagement Marketing to manage the B2B2C marketing calendar and create compelling collateral such as flyers, presentations, and case studies.
  • Develop and execute a strong digital presence through SEO, social media (mainly LinkedIn and Facebook), and targeted digital advertising campaigns.
  • Build strategic email marketing campaigns and leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for automated nurturing based on the partner’s stage in the sales funnel.
  • Partner with Business Development and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies directly support sales goals and overall brand standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in developing partner journeys and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, content creation, digital marketing, and effective collaboration within matrixed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (preferred).
