Position Overview
Join SPIRE Hospitality as a Night Auditor in our vibrant hotel where your commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence ensures a memorable overnight experience. In this pivotal role, you'll welcome guests, manage check‐ins and check‐outs, process daily financial reports, and support seamless next-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver unparalleled service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and balance daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
- Process corrections and adjustments via the PMS while troubleshooting computer issues during the shift.
- Enter revenues, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily summaries including the Guest Ledger and Daily Restaurant reports.
- Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve guest concerns using effective service recovery techniques.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent.
- Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and server service fees.
- Basic mathematical skills for financial reporting.
- Proficiency with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a comfort level working with computer systems.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is preferred.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
