This role provides direct clinical patient care with responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per shift and unit level basis. You will supervise staff by delegating appropriate care and support the CNO in ensuring high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care.
  • Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Support the CNO to maintain high quality, safe, and effective nursing practices.
  • Participate in our hiring event:
    • Location: Seasons 52 Grill and Bar, 2502 E Camelback Rd. Suite 140, Phoenix, AZ 85016
    • Schedule: Tuesday, January 27th 4:00pm – 6:00 p.m.
  • Interviews will be conducted during the event with same day offers potentially extended.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Certifications: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law; must have CPR and AHA BLS. Additional certifications such as AHA ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP may be required per corporate policy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
  • Experience Required: Recent acute care experience is preferred.
