The Social Media Manager / Office Assistant will perform a wide variety of office duties which will include serving as the main receptionist and performing a variety of administrative services in support of the customer needs. Such responsibilities will include providing the following responsibilities:

  • Greets and welcomes clients, vendors and other visitors; determines nature of business and announces guests to appropriate personnel
  • Answers incoming telephone (multi-line) calls in a professional manner, screens and directs calls to appropriate personnel as well as providing general information to callers
  • Supports our vendors and customer questions regarding Meetings, Consultation, Marketing, Advertising.
  • Weekly Inventory and Once a year Warehouse Inventory
  • Supply buyer
  • Willing to help customer above and beyond service
  • Has a lot of patience helping and answering question regarding coffee and tea supplies.
  • Complete orders efficiently and accurately
  • Must have the ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Assist with other day to day duties in establishment
  • Communicate with customers effectively and professionally
  • Maintain company website and social media platforms with updates
  • Works with the team in creating new Cafe Drinks, New Retail Items etc
  • Works with our cafe team and photographers in photographing and advertising new drinks and cafe updates

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience Required
  • Social Media Experience Required
  • Some photography skills appreciated
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite software is REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Quickbooks etc
  • Must have an interest in the coffee industry
  • Barista experience is a plus but not required
  • Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication and organizational skills are required
  • Able to work independently without direction
  • Driver’s license necessary
  • Ability to manage and prioritize daily and weekly tasks
  • Multi-tasking experience with strong attention to detail
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
