We offer a unique opportunity for qualified candidates to relocate to Florida with flight and housing fully covered, along with world-class training to launch a successful career in solar sales. This is a 100% commission-based role with a structure designed to reward outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face, educating them on the benefits of switching to solar
• Set qualified appointments for solar consultations
• Work outdoors 6 days per week in assigned territories
• Receive ongoing training in sales, communication, and personal development

Required Qualifications

• Competitive, driven, energetic, and coachable
• No prior sales experience required
• Willingness to relocate full-time to Florida
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
