Position Overview
BrainDo is hiring a Marketing Strategist with a focus on brand and campaign development. In this contract-to-hire role, you’ll serve as both a strategic consultant to clients and a creative quality lead internally. You’ll shape marketing strategies, guide brand-aligned creative, and ensure that all work—from ads to messaging—is on-point and effective. This role bridges creative, media, and strategic insight. Based in Philadelphia, BrainDo is a team of digital marketing experts committed to creating meaningful, data-driven experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Shape go-to-market strategies and media campaigns for enterprise clients
- Ensure marketing work is aligned with client brand values and voice
- Lead campaign ideation and strategy sessions with internal teams
- Review and approve creative assets (ads, messaging, designs, etc.)
- Provide actionable feedback to elevate execution
- Guide internal standards for brand expression across client work
- Collaborate with data, paid, and creative teams to align on performance
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in marketing or brand strategy, preferably agency-side
- Deep understanding of branding, audience insights, and channel nuances
- Experience with creative approvals and maintaining high execution standards
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and clarity
- Familiarity with paid media and digital ecosystems
- Excellent client communication and creative judgment
