We have partnered with a high-growth consumer brand preparing to significantly scale its paid acquisition efforts across Meta. As part of this expansion, we are hiring a Performance Creative Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of conversion-focused ad creative.

This role sits at the intersection of creative direction and performance marketing. The ideal candidate understands how to translate consumer insights and data into high-converting paid social assets designed to drive measurable revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and execute direct-response creative strategy for paid social campaigns (primarily Meta)
  • Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs grounded in performance data
  • Build structured creative testing roadmaps to identify winning angles and formats
  • Lead sourcing and direction of UGC creators, editors, and production partners
  • Oversee creative iteration cycles to continuously improve CAC and ROAS
  • Partner closely with media buyers to align creative strategy with scaling goals
  • Ensure consistent creative output volume to support paid growth

Qualifications

  • 4+ years building conversion-driven paid social creative
  • Experience supporting DTC brands with meaningful Meta spend
  • Strong understanding of hooks, problem-solution framing, UGC-style content, and demo-driven formats
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into new creative angles
  • Experience managing creators or production workflows
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, in-office environment
