Position Overview

Our Engineering & Supply Chain Rotational Development Program offers immersive assignments across various locations and functions—designed to catalyze positive change, challenge the status quo, and accelerate your career growth. You will implement engineering best practices, analyze and improve processes, and contribute to projects enhancing safety, product quality, and infrastructure, while developing leadership skills through networking, mentoring, and diverse experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement engineering best practices across roles including Production/Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, Automation and Process Control, and Operations Leadership.
- Analyze and improve processes to enhance safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure performance.
- Participate in immersive, multi-assignment rotations that develop leadership skills through networking and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field from an ABET accredited institution.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in your engineering discipline.
- Legal right to work in the United States without any employment restrictions.
- 100% geographic flexibility including willingness to relocate and be on-call for plant area support as needed.
- Multi-year commitment for a minimum of two assignments (typically 12-24 months per assignment).
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including taking initiative, agility, adaptability, and influence management.
- A continuous improvement mindset with strong creative problem solving and collaboration skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or expected certification within the first 24 months).
- Experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and high hazard process safety.
