Are you a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand, product, and digital marketing?
BLANCO North America is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing Communications to lead omnichannel brand and product marketing communication efforts across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
In this role, you will drive integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling that connect with both B2B and B2C audiences. You will partner with global brand leadership and cross-functional teams while shaping how BLANCO shows up across digital, retail, and media channels in North America.
What You'll Do
- Lead brand and product marketing communications efforts across North America
- Strategic approach - from strategy to implementation and KPIs optimization – oversee & manage omnichannel marketing campaigns (B2B & B2C / paid channels, website, social, in-store, etc.)
- Manage Annual Marketing budget, planning and execution (selected categories), incl. tracking, reporting, analysis and continuous optimization of the KPIs
- Go-To-Market strategy implementation, including new product launch communications and execution of annual marketing plans for N. America.
- Adapt and implement global brand campaigns and master templates to the North American market requirements.
- Develop creative briefs, oversee content production, and manage external service providers as required.
- Partner with Global Brand and local Product, Brand Academy, Sales, Channel and Digital leaders, to influence and develop roadmap decisions, and communications efforts, w/ market insights, etc.
- Lead and mentor a Brand & Product Communications Marketing Manager
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree: in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience: including brand and product communications management
- Experience: building and executing integrated omnichannel campaigns, marketing plans and presentations
- Strong data-driven marketing mindset: including KPIs optimization
- Capable of managing: creative production and agency partners
- Familiar with: technical / art production (video, graphic design, illustration)
- Experience in: digital publication platforms (email marketing, PIM, MAM, etc.)
- Strategic, solution-oriented thinker: who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
