Position Overview
Global Marketing Strategist – Citrix. The Global Marketing Strategist oversees marketing strategy development and campaign planning/execution for Citrix. In this role, you will develop and implement go-to-market and global marketing plans using both digital and field marketing tactics to increase Arrow’s market share, visibility, and pipeline, in line with organizational priorities and business plans. You will collaborate with global teams and forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation: Annual Hiring Range $89,900.00 - $132,000.00. Actual offer may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and lead the execution of global marketing strategy and experiences to promote Citrix, targeting both partner ecosystems and end customers.
- Manage the full marketing mix to recruit, enable, and grow IT partners while generating net new business through global demand generation programs.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to build synergies and ensure effective communication of campaign results to stakeholders.
- Monitor global campaign KPIs and report on metrics such as MQLs, Pipeline Value, and Estimated Revenue, proposing creative ideas to drive growth.
- Oversee the global Citrix marketing budget to deliver ROI through effective execution and close alignment with business plans.
- Govern regional marketing campaign budget requests and approve spend within global frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of global marketing experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic marketing plan creation
- Experience in the IT sector is required
- Experience in developing demand generation programs for multi-persona buying groups
- Experience in creating multi-tactic campaigns for multi-region execution using digital and field marketing (event experience required) and Account Based Marketing techniques
- Proven track record in developing marketing plans through direct and channel ecosystem partners
- Team player with strong interpersonal and service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
