Job Description

Position Overview

WMATA is currently seeking a Manager, Integrated Marketing & Strategy to lead end‐to‐end omni-channel marketing campaigns for the organization. This strategic role translates executive vision into compelling marketing initiatives spanning digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels while mentoring teams and driving cross‐functional alignment. Based at WMATA Headquarters in L’Enfant Plaza and following a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), this position is ideal for a creative, self-directed leader ready to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the integrated marketing calendar and campaign roadmap to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign development across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels.
  • Act as a senior advisor on marketing strategy, providing guidance to leadership and collaborating across departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate objectives.
  • Champion innovation and operational excellence by driving process improvements and mentoring team members.
  • Leverage market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and measure success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum nine (9) years of integrated marketing experience, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience serving as a senior marketing leader or deputy to a Director/VP-level role.
  • Must satisfactorily complete the medical examination if required and be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
