Analyst, Fintech Reporting

Position Overview

Customers Bank is seeking an energetic Fintech Reporting Analyst to join the Capital Markets division. In this role you will develop a wide range of visualizations and reports to support both Capital Markets and Consumer Lending businesses, helping manage a ~$2B portfolio. You will produce tactical one-off analyses as well as dynamic, long-term reporting to inform leadership and drive key business decisions. The role includes serving as the in-business lead for the Consumer Lending team’s self-service business intelligence stack using tools such as PowerBI, Azure, and MSSQL.

Compensation: An annual salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new and execute existing reports ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor and improve existing reporting in Fabric and publish new reports as required.
• Develop new Fabric datasets to support team initiatives.
• Adapt to new data sources, partners, products, or processes in a dynamic environment.
• Provide analytical support for Capital Markets and Consumer Lending projects to drive business growth.
• Operate and enhance the business intelligence stack by assisting in the design and rollout of key management dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with relational databases or core business intelligence concepts.
• Knowledge of consumer lending, financial services, and/or debt fixed income.
• Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, Sisense, MicroStrategy, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to drill into multiple layers of asset analysis.
• Ability to dive deeply into datasets from multiple partners to understand loan behavior from origination through maturity.
• Strong execution skills, with a hands-on approach and willingness to take full ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities in a hybrid, distributed team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, IEOR, or a related field (or 3 additional years of equivalent professional experience).
