Position Overview

Hybrid role requiring regional travel and working onsite 3 days/week in our Coppell, TX office. Jack Morton is hiring a passionate Marketing Associate (internal title: Regional Market Associate) for an automotive account (we LOVE cars). This role involves experiential/event marketing and meeting planning, and requires a highly organized, confident team player who thrives on continuous learning and embraces hard work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong and productive relationships with clients, agency partners, and third-party resources
  • Use your creativity to develop unique approaches to engage consumers
  • Create and deliver presentations that leave audiences clamoring for more
  • Demonstrate your negotiation skills to ensure clients receive maximum value
  • Track client budgets and communicate clearly about budget, scope, schedule, and project status
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team that values camaraderie

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of post-graduate professional working experience
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work in client-facing roles
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and work weekends if necessary
  • Flexibility to work both in an office and remotely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in experiential marketing, including event planning and onsite execution
  • Proven track record in negotiating and delivering compelling presentations
