Position Overview
This full-time Remote Solar Sales Representative is responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, educating potential clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions, building lasting customer relationships, and closing sales. The role offers a competitive salary of $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year along with uncapped commission, a flexible schedule, and excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, including those from appointments set by our call center.
- Act as a second effort sales expert for appointments that ran but did not close.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their solar needs are met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy solutions (a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales.
