Position Overview
As a Sr Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst at Kaseya®, you will drive strategic initiatives and data modeling for our customer-facing teams. Reporting directly to the Sr Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations, your analytical expertise will help align our sales teams and executives, ensuring actionable insights drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom analyses to interpret business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
- Build impactful, measurable strategy analytics that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Work on special projects to support executive initiatives.
- Present key analyses to executives and department leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are applied across initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in sales operations, analytics, or consulting.
- Proven track record of building and refining actionable dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Power BI reporting and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with financial analytics and recurring revenue business models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and Python.
- Prior exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
