Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting related to KPIs and the P&L for Total US Company Operated Stores and Region/Area levels.
  • Analyze P&L performance through data analytics and cross-functional partnerships, providing root cause variance explanations and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to all levels of management, ensuring adherence to policy and educating on financial/business acumen.
  • Establish and facilitate process development, performing ongoing reviews of planning and reporting processes to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of US military experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in financial analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting.
  • 2 or more years of experience using electronic financial modeling skills, with Anaplan experience being a plus.
