Role Overview
As a senior internal auditor on the corporate Internal Audit & Advisory team, you'll assist with planning, executing, and reporting financial, operational, and compliance-related audits and projects. You’ll facilitate compliance with federal laws, corporate standards, and generally accepted accounting principles. In this role, you’ll serve as the day-to-day project manager for audit projects and provide project guidance and informal coaching to junior auditors. To remain in this role, it is expected that the employee will acquire either a CIA, CPA, Six Sigma Greenbelt, or other related certification within 24 months of hire if one is not already held.
This is a hybrid role based at our Mayfield Village, OH headquarters.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years of related audit, operational, or financial experience.
Preferred skills
- Recent Six Sigma, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Control experience.
- Demonstrated people management skills as a technical advisor for assigned auditors or as a lead/mentor in training and developing other auditors.
- Experience providing day-to-day project management oversight of assigned staff, including first-level review of staff work products.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and deliver value through practical recommendations, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and financial skills.
Compensation
- $81,400 - $108,500 per year.
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
