Job Description

HR Generalist/Payroll/Accounting Associate

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing employee records, administering benefits programs, processing payroll, performing general accounting tasks, and handling accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other benefits.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all payments made.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any issues.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Apply payments to the correct accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all incoming payments are applied to the correct accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of full cycle HR experience (onboarding, benefits, etc)
  • Must have payroll processing experience
  • Needs general accounting experience (AR, reconciliations, paying billing, GL, JE)

Compensation

The pay range for this position is$30.00 - $35.00/hr.
