Position Overview
We are looking for work from home Call Center Representatives to join our team and work in our virtual call center. Placement is based on overall qualifications and business needs. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends until 9:00PM Central Time on a fixed schedule. If you are excited to work from home, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up with prospective homeowners with specific home improvement needs.
- Maintain a professional telephone manner and ensure quality customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner, and tact in a fast paced call center environment.
- Driven to meet and exceed performance goals and quality metrics.
- Receptive to constructive feedback with a desire to continuously improve.
- Able to multitask effectively between phone conversations and computer use.
- Above average computer and typing skills with a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Team player who enjoys helping coworkers succeed.
- Must be a resident of Florida and able to commit to a fixed schedule.
- Must use your own computer meeting the following requirements:
- High-speed, wired internet connection (wireless/Wi-Fi not accepted).
- Windows 10 or greater with at least 8 GB RAM and a 2GHz processor.
- Download and install MS Office or OpenOffice along with a supported browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
- A webcam is required for trainings and meetings.
